With a solid foundation in psychology, I integrate behavioural science into the design process, bridging product gaps to create digital experiences that align with user behaviours and business objectives.

Over my career, I've led product strategy and UX/UI design for startups and major organizations, including Canada's largest hospitals, Ontario Health, and Digital Ontario, improving service access, data privacy, and identity management workflows. Most notably, I shipped Canada's first government-approved Type 1 Diabetes research app, where applying behavioural science directly to the consent experience boosted parent confidence in sharing health data by 80% and cut task time by 70%.

In 2023, I made a deliberate decision to step back from full-time tech. I was burned out, and I knew that pushing through would produce worse work and a worse version of me. So I didn't.

I spent two years coaching women in group fitness, giving me access to something most product designers don't have: direct, sustained experience with how people build trust and change behaviour in vulnerable settings. I also stayed active as a freelance UX consultant, completed an AI design workshop covering generative AI tools, and co-founded a foundation exploring technology for social good.

I'm back, sharper about what good work looks like and clearer about where I want to do it. I'm looking for a Product Designer role on a remote/hybrid Toronto team, ideally in Health & Fitness Tech, EdTech, or the Creator Economy, where I can lead product strategy, shape UX/UI, and contribute to a strong design culture.

You’ve reached the end! Have another fun fact: In a past life, before designing digital experiences, I designed real-world ones. As part of a small and scrappy team, I helped create Canada’s first interactive, story-driven escape room experiences for clients like Casa Loma and Nintendo. You learn a surprising amount about designing experiences that help people feel like the hero in a larger story, especially when they’re confused, stuck, or about to give up. That moment when things finally click is still the bar I want to help teams design for.
